In aid of The Colchester NSPCC Business Group we have teamed up with Build-A-Bear for a new and unique fundraising event to raise money to help the safety of children. The NSPCC are the leading children’s charity who aim to end child abuse in the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. They help to rebuild children’s lives who have been abused and protect those at risk.
100 businesses will take part in our event and receive a furry office intern for 2 weeks this October to join them in their workplace. Each company will document on their social media channels what their cuddly friend gets up to and the bear that has the most interesting work experience will win its company £250 worth of vouchers of their choice!
We ask for £25 to purchase your bear friend, with all money going to a very worthy local cause. This event will engage your team in lots of enjoyment, laughter and satisfaction, as well as promoting your company online, whilst knowing that every penny raised will help local children.
Just one bear taking part in two weeks of work experience will raise enough money to pay for a trained practitioner for a whole hour to support parents and families in caring for children. Every childhood is worth fighting for.
